When I went in Staples on 2/21 I had to ask where the video software was and this young know-it-all kid came over and took me to the video software and picked up Adobe Premiere Elements 9. Then he took it upon himself to pressure me into buying software he claims that would work on my system without even reading the system requirements and he refuse to let me read them. So, I took the software home thinking that this ignorant staples clerk knew something and I cut the seals. Than I thought that I had better read the system requirements and come to find out this software is not compatible with my system, though it can go on Vista if everything else was OK. A few days later when I took the software back, they refused to take it back and refund my money, though it was this little idiot's fault that this happened. If he just showed me where the software was and let me look it over instead of browbeating me into something where I was unable to read the system requirements until I got home, this wouldn't of happen. Under the circumstance I want a refund. It wasn't my fault that this young punk didn't know anything. And there are too many of these people working at our Staples, because a friend of mine ignored my advance as to what kind of printer she should get and got this other one after she was pressured and she hates the thing. These fools are more insterested in selling you something you don't want as if we are too dumb to make our own decisions. And I'm getting sick of it.
