Problems with billing for nearly two years. Supposed to be on Auto billing from inception.instead each month I had to try to call and wait on hold for an hour to try to pay and straighten it out. Each time they tell me it is fixed. I am charged for that call while I am on hold. I have called and recieved the recording that "Your call will be answered in less than Five Hundred and Sixty Nine minutes. I have written to them with no response. I have e-mailed them with no response. They started charging me more money and possibly adding calls or charges I should not have, but since I can't always get through I can not resolve the matter. They have now for the second time in my two years with them sent me to their internal collections agency. I spoke with them and at first they tried to get me to send part of the total amount and they would call it closed, but when I pressed them to put that in writing they said they could not and then later told me I actually owed them more.
