The issue with monitronics is they don't care about anythingbut themselves. They have the worst service department in the world. They never show up and when you call (I spoke to some person named Jeremy who was suppose to be a manager) they would rather talk about their problems. According to "jeremy" they are facing problems of have unauthorized alarm companies in Houston work for them.
MOnitronics outsources ALL of their work so you never know who is going to show up at your home. They, as in the houston area, are not even licensed by the city to work in your home. Mr. Jeremy also shared that the service department changes their numbers more times than madonna during a world tour. Their reported alarm answer times are fake ("adjusted numbers") as is their service rating. Look at the BBB reports... And financials... It is going down hillquick.
