Ever since I switched over to Power Home Technologies Alarm Systems, I have had nothing but troubles mostly with billing. Without my consent PHT transfered my account to Monitronics Alarm Company. I have two accounts. My primary house and my rental that I rent to my daughter and her family. Pinnacle charged me 39.99 per month now I'm paying $56.99 in one house and $44.99 in my primary! I was not aware that the contract was for 60months. If I would of known that it was 60 months I would never taken it. Second, I keep telling them who to call at the rental but they never change the number. Now, the front door contact device has something wrong with it and I'm being billed $50 when it's their responsibility. I am very disgusted with Monitronics and their service. Monitronics is not a reliable Alarm Company.
