I have the dialog sent to me by their rude customer service... Even calling me a moron all because I emailed them and asked them what was wrong with their phone service. They cancelled my order that I had put in online and yet debited my card. I have posted the email exchange. I would like to be a part of getting their company into compliance. And would gladly be a part of any suit that could be brought against this company.

Our line does not do that. Our phone is fine. Voice mail is for a reason - no one is available. Not sure what is wrong with not having a sales person available? Typical for a business with calls continuously coming in!
