In January I attempted to use an account I have had for several years (aprox 4).
I was taken to a web page that requested a lot of personal inforamation I did not want to divulge.
Because I did not divulge this information, I could not download the new version and it is necessary to use the new version in order to use the service
I have now sent about a dozen e-mails with about 8 replies. All information requested has been given to them. I have still not be able to get a refund of my $35 balance.
The last three e-mails from me have not been answered or acknowledged. It is becoming clear they do not want to refund my money (I am a "valued" customer") my value is only $35 as I cant use their service and dont intend to ever do so again.
I would suggest anyone using the service only deposit what they plan ot use immediately.net2phone appears unwilling to part with any cash
