I had tried to download the trial version of the product but it didn't work. I contacted them and told them, they replied with "we only help paying customers". I ended up buying the product because it was something our company needed. The product shown in their website shows that it is software that comes in a box but after I had paid it said that I had to download it. After I downloaded it, it turned out to be their trial version! I have since written them about a dozen e-mails and they never e-mailed me back. I checked our credit card statement and found that they were based out of Altoona, PA. I pluged it into google and somehow got to a part in their site with their information but their phone number is for an apartment complex. And they didn't even spell Altoona correctly (Altooma), plus their contact info isn't readily available on their site (when you hit "contact us" it goes to a page to e-mail them. They are frauds!!!
