What a RIPOFF from Verizon. The put a phone in my apartment without my approval and billed me. I talked to them several times and they said I wanted a phone. How could I want a phone in Pennsylvania when I was living in Florida at the time. Be very careful about the internet services and promises they make because they will RIP YOU OFF!
