Ripoff dishonest fradulent billing won't give corporate information

I called Sprint today (July 23) because I was billed for two months on my bill. Their excuse was that they made a billing error last month and I was not charged for service so they were double charging me this month. That would be okay if I didn't pay $230.00 last month. I cannot believe that I did not have a PCS charge in there somewhere.

When asked for the Supervisor the customer service rep (which all of the people suck with customer service) told me she would be glad to make payment arrangements for me. This is not what I was asking for. I want an explanation. It is really hard for me to believe that Sprint did not charge anyone last month. I asked to be connected to her supervisor and he was extremely rude.

He acted as if I was a complete moron. First he told said "So you think because we messed up that you shouldn't have to pay your bill?" When he started to get sarcastic I asked for the Corporate number and he said I couldn't get in touch with them today because they don't work on Saturday. Well, DUH!

He told me that the company policy was to not give out the corporate information. That you could write them but it would take like 6-8 weeks. He said he had been with the company for a few years and he was just doing his job. I guess Sprint teaches their Customer Service reps to smart off at the customers.

I have never really had any other problems with Sprint, however I have been a customer of theirs for 20 years. I do feel that they should at least say I'm sorry and Why don't we give you a $10 or $20 credit for the inconvenience.

Beware of your bills this month people. Sprint is apparently double charging everyone. I think it is time to switch to something else.

One more thing. I told the first CSR that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau for fradulent billing and she said go ahead the Better Business Bureau can't make us do anything. She acted like they really don't care whether they are a reputable business.

I would have appreciated a notice in the mail or something saying they messed up. That would be the courteous thing to do, but I guess we are talking about a company who doesn't care to be courteous.
