I called abf and cancelled my move by phone three weeks before i was supposed to move i thought that was it then exactly 7 days before my move like clock work i received an email reminding me of my move.
I then replyed telling them i hade already cancelled my move by phone and they said they would take care of it. I was then chage a $50 doller late fee. I told my credit card company that the fee was not autherised. And then the money was charged back to me, then a few mounth later they recharge my card for the $50 late fee.
P. S If you do this on the phone try and get a
confurmation of the cancellation like a paper or
other valide form to show you cancelled. It would help you in the long run.
