Moving Out was the worst moving company I have ever used. My husband and I were moving from New York to Virginia and we hired them to move us. They were one day late for pick-up and then they were three hours late for drop-off. There were only two men on the crew, who spoke minimal English. They also asked me for bottled water and started hinting that htis was a hard move so my husband should tip them good. There were very rude and unprofessional. I will never use them again and I have told all of my friends and collegues never to use them. They also lost a box with over $250 dollars worth of household goods. I called them for a month straight before they ever called me back and then they send me to claim service. They owuld answer my questiosn and take my calls. My father-in-law is an attorney and at one point needed to talk to them. Never use them, they are horrible. The amount of move was $3000 and it was a waste. My husband, myself, a friend and my mother-in-law did most of the move ourselves. They were a wast of money.
