I also purchased a hat from Beth Berg. She emailed me on 9/11 and told me that she had shipped the hat awhile ago. She said she "assumed" it got lost with some other packages. She has a different excuse for each customer. She offered to make me a new one ans send it but that was 3 month ago. I have since ordered a new hat from a reliable seller. I think we should file a police report. This is fraud!
