Scott Anthony Berg is a CON-MAN. He just recently, and smoothly, coaxed me into an "investment deal" where he claims that him and his wife, Tracy, buy and flip foreclosed homes. I paid him $5100 back in November as a so-called "private investor", and he promised very large returns on our investment. It is now June and I have yet to see any money. He has lied about everything. Upon further research, I've found numerous civil cases against Scott and Tracy for dollar amounts both less and much more than mine.
These two people are FRAUDS! They get through life by stealing from innocent people and promising "huge returns", but they never come through. I've been doing a ton of research and finally found their REAL address and home phone number. The way they hide is by RENTING. There is no public record on renters and this is how they stay hidden. I, fortunately, have discovered this hidden information and have listed them above. These two evil people MUST PAY FOR THEIR ACTIONS! Legal action must be taken! Scott was sent to prison in 1991 for 7 years! Let's send him back, along with his wife Tracy!
I am currently still trying to collect my money that was promised to me. I talked to Scott today and still more lies were told. Our "deal" was supposed to be closed two weeks ago (also back in February, April, and May), but he still finds ways to buy himself another week by lying. He uses every lie he can think of. Even claiming that "family emergencies" cause delays in payment.
I am currently trying to get the local news and investigators to confront him but have had no responses yet.
I am concerned for another reason. Scott and Tracy (who also have a 16 year old daughter and a son who is a few years younger) move quite a bit. I'm fearing that they could run for the hills soon, again. We need to collectively take action!
These people live in neighborhoods just like yours! They live lavished lives as a family, but in reality they are SCUM! They have toys, ie. A boat, quads, multiple vehicles, and live in a big house! We have paid for most of this stuff I'm sure! And because of this involvement with these CON-ARTISTS, I am in financial trouble while they live it up with our money!
PLEASE, PLEASE help me bring these two CRIMINALS to justice! They don't deserve to be free. Their times of SCAMMING people and taking advantage of the innocent MUST COME TO AN END!
