Mr Berg represents himself as a service provider mostly in the building trades. He is VERY smooth at putting you at ease and getting you to give him money up front for the services to be performed. He then does not complete the work and again is VERY smooth at excuses as to why that is. I won a small claims judgement against him for $3000.in the process of that claim, I met several others that have fallen victim to him and that list turned out to be somewhere around 40 individuals or companies he has defrauded dating back to 1981. His wife has even been involved on occasion. Mr. Berg owes thousands to his victims. One person I met was defrauded for almost $12,000.
We are attempting to get the AZ state attorney general involved in this. Until we can send this guy to jail, watch out for him.
