How long should it take to reinstate insurance, a week a month? RIPOFF Nationwide

I own a small company, but we do excelent work and have excelent refernces. We build Swing-sets and sheds. I have been doin this for over 12 years. I got experience out the wazzo in assembly and custom building swing-sets. I had intalled for lowes 2003.

After 911 things went down hill for us and we had to let lowes go. We had left the stores in good standing all the install managers understood our situation. We lost a lot of good men that year after 911.

I had built the company back up and moved to take back the lowes stores. I found out they do things differently now. It all goes through one man instead of the install managers of each store.

So we got the insurance needed and well things could be beter.

It has been a month now and this guy keeps telling us to call him the next day to remind him. That's been goin on for two weeks now. He said he get us updated to do 12 stores in city area. What gets me is they don't have an experience installer doing swing-sets in the city area at the moment.

Oh did I forget this part! I had shown up there first one monday morning and found him waiting for an apointment. As far as I knew and been told by the other installers it first come first serve. Anyways they were late and he chose to start getting me back on the system. Not more that 10 min later they show up and say they're sorry they're late. He drops everything I'm left holding nothing while he helps them sign a contract as a new installer.

DID I forget to mention We were 1st pick in the stores we had before we had to leave.

He then tells me to call him later that day and he will put me in the system. Well we know what happens. Just last monday I showed up to the store and found I was having to wait behind three others. They were not to happy and I asked why. Apparently the same people that I had been brushed off by the week earlier. Had brung donuts and their baby to finish up there contract in his office. One of the companies waiting out side his office had been trying for a couple of months to become an installer. This guy across from me said it took him 4 months. When the couple left the room he had become an installer, doin fences.

Hey we already have a vendor# all we need is to have our insurance updated. I hear from some of the stores it would be nice to have us in the system.

What do I have to do? Buy some do-nuts with some extra filling???

And give it to him just to remember he needs us and that lowes needs us?

I don't run my ship that way, And my time and money is running out waiting for this man to make us an installer again.

This will break my company.
I have one more monday (5 in all) wish me luck.
