MCI worldcom voice link refuses to give credit

On my December 13 telephone bill I noticed a 49.90 charge that was made on November 21 to a billing co. Named ILD once I got them on the phone they told me they were a billing service for World Voice Link up till then a comanpany I had never heard from. The cust service rep on 12/27/01 had me listen to a tape recording of someone who stated they had authorization to change service and was 18 years or older by some computer voice once I listened to this I was asked was that some one in my home I of course responed NO!!! The rep then told me that the Fraud dept would handle it and get in touch with me. I then told my phone company that the World Voice Link people would credit my account, that rep told me to call back to find out when because it could take a few months!!! Upon calling back I was treated to the RUDEST customer service rep ever, she saw the Fraud investigation on the account and I guess in her over zealous way was trying to catch a thief. I assured her all I needed to know was when the credit would be sent to Southwestern Bell she informed me 60-90 days. Well, I have scince moved and changed phone numbers and would have forgot all about the charge except on my Feburary 13 bill the charge reappeared so I called World Voice Link again to ask when was this bogus charged to be removed. I spoke first to a very nice young man named Andre White whe sounded if he had been on the job all of two days he immedately put me through to the customer service supervisor MS SEABERRY who basically told me that I would have to eat the 49.90 charge that they were not going to resind the charge but if I got a lawyer to press charges against this mysterious person they would be all to happy to let the lawyer listen to the tape and press charges against the person who iniated these charges. I then asked for her supervisor she stated that she was the only supervisor in charge of the customer service and that she had no BOSS I then asked her for the address of the company she gave it to me stating she didn't see why I needed it that there was nothting the company was going to do. I also asked her why didn't the fraud dept get in touch with me as they stated they would she said she didn't know I asked her aren't the reps trained, isnt the phone calls monitored for training purposes she stated she had just became supervisor. She didn't hesitate to tell me that the fraud dept determined that the call came from my house. This I find very strange considering the charge was iniated the day before Thanksgiving and I was on my way to pick up a friend visiting form out of town and we didn't return till the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I told Ms SEaberry if that was her real nmae that I intented to take this as far as I could because I was not going to pay for a charge i didn't incur.
