Received the rebate forms
Submitted the first rebate form and got 2 rejections. I called the phone number and they corrected it.
Submitted the second rebate. Was rejected because it was not in the timeframe allowed. I called and explained that they required COPIES of the bills and I mailed it the same day I received the bill. I also explained that I spoke to them prior to the final month about what date this needed to be mailed in by. They said "Sorry you were given bad information".
Rebates at this point, should be regulated. I was floored to see 7 pages of complaints about this company. I am writing a letter to the Attorney General about this incident and I am going to include copies of everyone's complaint that I can find on this website about Inphonic/Wirefly (anyone notice the same voice recording for the office of the president for inphonic and wirefly)? If anyone wants to post more info, I am doing the letter Tuesday, July 12.
