We sent a consumer complaint to them well over 3 months ago. According to their "by-laws" they are supposed to have their members uphold a high standard. One of their members - Katahdin Log Homes - broke their laws and according to Log Home Council site, the business had 30 days to respond and then we were supposed to be able to see that response.
I have sent 3 e-mails to Eric at the Log Homes Council and he has yet to even acknowledge receipt of our letter (I sent it registered, I know that they did receive it). This is like the Better Business Bureau, they are not a source of integrity.
