I enrolled eroticy online service on 4/1 and pay by
credit card for membershipfee. The Eroticy website
basically didn't provide good service for making friend online.
And they don't allow the customer to cancel their service for the next month (May). The major issue is started from May membership fee which they automatically charge to my credit card. I basically don't agree this charge since I can't access the membership for May. They are extremely rude when I contact them about cancelling this charge. They said this charge is uncancellable based on mutually agreeed terms on their web. This is the initial Email sent out by Lisa (Sales person) on May.
Since they don't provide the membership I just go ahead info the credit card company to cancel the charge.
On this 6/20, Pat (WebCapades, Inc.) sent out an Email in
a threaten tone and sited by their terms and federal law... He basically want to charge me $193.90 because I dispute their charge. He further try to wrongfully accuse me for fradulent report to credit card companyfor $25000 in the last Email!
I clearly state in the Email that I disputed the charge is
because they have bad and no membership for me in May. But finally they try to charge me $25000 just because I dispute their $20 membershipfee.
