Ripoff Did Not DELETE Profile After Several EMail Requests

Please Help.

Eroticy.com (www.erotcy.com) has not DELETED my expired free-trial membership Profile from their Service even after sending the company several e-mail requests (sent to customer service at [email protected]) to do this. I wish to have this Account and Profile completely DELETED from their Service or Services.
