Today i noticed a $15.40 charge on my current SBC phone bill. The biller was OAN Services, Inc.; I checked my prior bills and the charge was on the two prior month's bills. I called the phone number on the bill, 800-926-6435. I waited on hold for about 2 minutes, then spoke with an operator. She explained that the charge was for e-mail / web adresses. I explained that I did not order the service. She cancelled the service without any hassles, and authorized a credit to my phone bill for $44.85, plus any taxes. I will update once I see the credit on my bill.

I bank on-line, and my payments are made automaticlly, I don't always view my bills closely. Lesson learned.
