Excaliburfilms, also know as hitflix and moviefilmfest double billed me for the rental program. I returned the dvds and they still charged me for 15 days. I have proof that they received these dvds (Post Office Return Receipt).

I called to ask about it and they said they did not get them. They said I had to wait 30 days from the to trace the package while they contiune to charge me $4.95 every 15 days. Amanda said "what would you like me to do?" What customer service it this.

When I emailed customer service, their response was "Have a nice day."

Do not purchase or rent videos from Excalibufilms or hitflix or dvdrentz. It is a scam and it take a week for the dvds to get to you. Go to Netflix. Fast service and better customer service.

Plus... The BBB has them as unsatisfactory. Let that be a warning.
