THEY RIPED ME OFF consumer rip-off fraud

In the month of may i recieved a phone call stating that i was approved for a visa or master card with first capitol consumers group. They also stated that with a one time fee of 199.00 taken directly out of my account that i would recieve a credit card within 14 days. Well they will ot return my phone calls and i still don't see a credit card. Don't let this happen to you!!! Sabrinasan jose, california
