They closed my account, after receiving all the enrollment fees Ripoff

I opened an account in Decemeber of 2004. I received my card in February. I signed up for the electronic payment, via my checking account, so that the balance would be paid in full each month.in March, they deducted the full amount due, but what is funny is that I received a letter from them about a week later telling me that I had been approved for the "Electronic Payment Method" and that it would start on April 2nd. Now bare in mind that they have already tried to debit my account in mid March. And of course, since I was unaware of my acceptance into the electronic program, the payment bounced.

I called to dicuss this with them. They ended up charging me a NSF fee, a late payment fee. I did make the payment due, in full at that time. Now, the payment I made did not show up til May. So, with all of their charges... Acceptence Fee, Enrollment Fee, Annual Fee, NSF Fee, Late Payment Fee that I had paid just a month earlier... They closed my account. Of course I didn't know that until I called and they informed me as to why I had no available credit.in short, they ripped me off!

I would love to start a "Class Action Suit" against this company! If anyone would like to assist, join, or help me with this... Just let me know!!!
