Los Angeles ripoff danger to residents

On busy day, when your trying to call on 911 on your celphone and put you on hold. Does it happen you, many time it does

People calling for tow truck, or ask unnessesary question to operator. I feel we should have a 2nd number
to use,

One for 911 for emergency call such like fire police

Another number for 311, for any other such like requestion tow truck service,

Well at this time, were working on problem, and with cooperation like att, verizon, and cingular. With Local law enforment,

And hope well have some solution, in Los Angeles, and possible

California area.
