VoipDiscount.com dishonestly claims to provide 300 minutes every week in free calls to landlines in many listed countries after which the user pays per minute. There is no real customer service nor dispute resolution but there is bad treatment and rudeness.
My experience is that each week Voipdiscount.com starts charging for calls before I have used my 300 minutes.in fact, they start charging after I have used only 75 minutes of free calls spread over much more than 7 days.
I can testify that VoipDiscount.com do not provide customer support but, when they choose to answer, boldly declare that there is no problem.
I have 3 types of complaints which Voipdiscount.com has failed to resolved:
1. Voipdiscount.com's failure to provide 300 free minutes per week
2. Voipdiscount.com's never investigated calls which have failed for which I have been charged.
