Management unfairly singles out employees they do not care for on a personal basis. Start off as a bagger and if your one of the few lucky employees you'll make it t0o a cashier position, unless they run you off first. Earn your right to take the "big" produce code test to qualify for checker position and hope your not on the blackball list.
Insist that your test be "graded" in front of you or take the chance that you will fail regardless of your score. Kerman, ca store has an un-fair practice of being selective when it comes to decideing who will pass and who will not. The proof is in my hands.
One test taker was graded and given a passing score of only missing three codes... Later, when unaware of the decieveing gradeing policy, the test falls into the hands of another and re-graded, the test taker was found to have missed 10 codes which is determined to be a failing score... Hmmmmmm... Something wrong with this picture?
Apparently the tests original grader... Seems to have forgotten her codes? I think not! She just so happened to have no personal grudge against the test taker. A very young and impressionable young man... What a scam that makes the whole proceedure of earning your right to be promoted, dont you think?
Dont work yourself too hard for this store... You wont be appreciated... That i guarantee!!!
