The Educational Testing Service (ETS) continues to fail me for the praxis for Speech Communication 0221. I will be now taking my test for the third time! The test results I have don’t show me what I am doing wrong. The results only show that raw earned points. It doesn't explain what I am strong or weak on. I called on 02/10 and a supervisor's name Ms. Marge had an attitude and acted like she didn't want me asking about my own test scores. I have had white classmates and they passed the first time around. The white classmates I have didn't buy a study guide. They only studied the question that ETS has been on-line. I bought the study guide and used other resources, but yet I am still failing. I have a MBA and a BA degree. I know that I am a great test taker. I usually do well on a multiple choice question test. ETS is a racist test, and they need to be investigated. Their information is listed below. Thanks
