I went to take the test at 7:30 am I took my driver license the person at the door was very rude she told me that my drivers license was not enough identification. And she didn't let me take the test. I live 5 min away from the test center. So I told her I could go home get my passport and come back in 5 min. She said " you are not taking the test today" and their policy is that if u don't take the test you loose the money..$175.. They dont want to reschedule the test for me... I have to pay again in order to take the test. I can't believe it just like that you pay for something, don't take the product and loose the money...
