PSI is a Facilitator test center. They publish thier own tests, and grade them without the client/test taker present. Tests are not given out even after a client pays $100 to take one. Study material ahead of time is speculative, and not endorsed by PSI. The client is merely on their own prior and after the test. Test results are pass/fail only. PSI refuses to publish thier success rate because they make an additional $100 on persons returning for a second or third attempt. The Nevada Secretary of State does not have a complete list of PSI CEO's under their licensing web site. Exam questions and answers are based on semantics, and opinion. Test material is vague and ambiguous containing more than one correct answer. PSI is the only test facilitator in Nevada, so they basically make their own rules and guidelines. The local NRED Nevada real estate division could care less as long as they recieve the inevitable license fee. This is a scam, and no one is willing to expose it, or regulate it.
