Mci worldcom rip-off: how do you get the charges really straightened out?

Mci worldcom has my back against the wall.
I had a plan of 750 peak minutes and unlimited nights and weekends for a year. The bills were 6 months late initially, but towards the end of the one year base term they caught up to being about three months late.in my contract, which said nothing about any promotional minutes, the fine print said that at the end of the base term, i was on a month to month basis with the same terms and conditions as set forth in my service agreement unless otherwise a written notice ten days prior to any changes being made by either me or my service provider was established.

I continued to use the phone under the same conditions. The base term ended in july of and i had only recieved bills from %. By the month of october, i had finally recieved bills from july. There was no indication in my statements that my plan was going to change. No forwarning (as the customer service representitive managerial staff in long island headquarters said).

The first adjustment that had been made without my knowing was 250 minutes of my 750 peak minutes had ended because they were promotional and ended after my one year contract had stated. Though the problem with that is that my contract stated that i had 750 minutes peak and unlimited nights and weekends. It did not say what was promotional and not. The dealer may have forgotten o inicate that in my contract...
After many numerous calls to customer service, they credited me for two months.

A month after the increased charges, another promotion was taken away. My nights and weekends were reduced to 500 nights and weekends. At this point, my fees skyrocketed to over a thousand dollars.

To resolve this matter, the group supervisor, susan sters, would only offer me a credit for one month. That was the straw. If customer service could adjust fees for that, they sould have done what was in all fairness for their loyal customer, who resigned with a new plan to keep the same number some time in october.

My plan was downgraded. (verizon will only upgrade). I stll have $900.00 in unresolved charges, and my service has been suspended until that is pid. If that is ntpaid, the new contract wll be violated, and i will recieve another additionl charge fr violation that service agreement. Please help... Time is running out!!!
