I ordered The Amazing Chocolate Factory Machine from NY Products Inc. (nyproducts.com) on March 6. It is now April 19 and I still have not received the item, but the money was taken out of my credit card account on March 7. I was charged the very next day for the amount of the product ($16.49) shipping and tax ($10.95) for a total of $27.44.
I called NY Products around March 13th for an update on where my product was and never received a response. I emailed the company to nyproducts.com and [email protected] asking them for an update about 10 times now and I never received a response.
I requested an email by leaving another voicemail and sending another email and never received a response.in my last email I said I would report them, but they never responded to that either.
I still have my invoice that was sent to me by [email protected] with proof of my payment. There is a message on their voicemail saying that the Chocolate factory will ship out in 4-5 days. This has been on their voicemail message since the middle of March.
After 10 emails and about 5 phone messages, I think this company is fraudulent and they stole my money.
