On January I took my daughter to have pictures taken the cost of the pictures was going to cost $599.00 which included three outfits. 4 months passed and I did not hear nothing from this agency. After several attempts, and leaving several messages I finally go a hold of Richard Shaw. He promised me he would send me my proofs. Soon after I got a charge on my credit card for $174.00. I did not know what this charge was for. I then called Richard back and he told my that was a mistake and I would get my refund. NOthing happened.
I did get my proofs to find out that it only showed two pictures. After still attempting to get my $174.00 back i got an additional $75.00 and $25.00 deducted from my credit card. At this point I had proofs that were still wrong and 2 unatthorized charges on my Visa. Since 6 months had passed I demanded my money back. I did not have comp cards. I recieved an additional 2 unathorized charges again to my visa. One for $75.00 and the other for $25.00. I then called the agency furious where Richard said I would have to talk with Mary, who gave me the runaround for about 2 months. I have since cancelled my credit card and I was able to get two remove two charges since I had filed within the correct time with my Visa Company. I have since contacted the BBB and the Attorney General, but both were not able to help me. I am know pursuing the Smaill Claims Court. Is there anyone who has taken them to court and won?
