My 88 yr. Old Mother-in-Law called them based on their ad to clean carpets - 5 Rooms/Halls free for $29.95. They came and after filling out the Billing Charged $620, reduced to $350, and finaly requiring $300. When she wanted to talk about the coupon, the man became very angry and began yelling at her. She became so afraid, confused, and intimidated she signed the billing and gave the man a check just to get him away from her.
After his crew left, she called her daughter, my wife, and told her of the awful incident. My wife called me, and I told her to stop payment on the check. I called the owner, Bill Miller, and he said he would check into situation and get back to me.
A received a call from a man who would not identify himself. He began threatening me. I ask him to stop and asked for his legal department. He hung up. Later, that same day, a women from Millers Carpet Care called my Mother-in-Law and demanded payment. When my Mothe-in-Law to ld her to contact me, this woman told her two men would be out to see her to get the money. This women then hung up the phone. No visit happened. My lawyers are waiting for any action to be taken.
