I had a coupon for carpet cleaning. Within in minutes of starting, the tecnician showed me a spot that he supposedly deep clean. I was informed that this type of cleaning is what I really needed. I told him to just do the job that the coupon was for. It took him about ten minutes to vacuum my carpet and he said he was done. I couldn't believe my eyes. All he did was smear around the dirt so that it looked worse than when he started. We had several words, he wanted me to talk to his manager. The manager called but just went into the same pitch as the technician. Just bait and switch. My carpet was better off before they came. A complete ripoff. I wish I had checked them out before I called them.
