Debited $189 out of my account, No equipment, no service Ripoff

Sky Box TV debited $189 out of my account. I have received no equipment, no service, and when I call them their mail box is full. I filed a complaint with the BetterBusinessBureau and cancelled my debit card. This is a complete scam. I go to thier
websites and they are all closed down. What a rip! I am furious that I can't get a hold of anyone.
