They debited my account. Sent no termination email. And removed my game que

I completed an offer from trial pay for gamefly to get my tuneup utilities for free by starting a trial membership. So I created an account. And they debited my visa for the trial for two games a month. So I believed everything was fine and put a few games in my que. And go to bed

So I wake up and see if my games are sent. There is nothing in my que and it says restart membership. Thing is I never had a membership there. And I use there chat service. After first time I get disconnected. I finaly get to a rep who for ten minutes straight tells me to hold on and wait a minute.

And tells me the address had a membership before. But I am trying to figure out how when I just moved in. And they closed my account. And though they debited my credit card already I needed to pay the regular price to have the service.

So I decided to call them and once again being rude. The lady Ebony told me well there was an account here previously and there was nothing I could do. But pay full price and wait on a refund.

So I asked to speak to a supervisor after being on hold over 10 minutes he comes on. And does not care at all my account was debited. Does not care though my account was closed I never received a email or call stating that. Nor cares that I will loose my trial pay registry cleaner for not completing the offer though I did complete it and there was a shipping address conflict.

I told him he said they did not have to send an email right away they had 24 hours to send one though they debited my account and closed it.

Nor did he make any attempt to keep me as a customer. And he had 3 business days to offer me a refund. When I did not want one just the trial offer I already payed for.

So now I loose out on the service and my trial pay offer over bad customer support. And an error on their part.

I would not recommend there service to anyone. And telling my friends who have their service to boycott it as well.

It is not right to do what they want as a company and not care about the customers needs or listen to fair reason. That is not the right way to conduct business.
