Ripoff

I ordered the free trial of diet patches and i read the hole page it said nothing about taking money out then i was overdrawn in my account. As soon as these surprise patches came i called them and they said to send them back and they would refund my money. It is now six months later and they say its being processed or 7 to 10 days its a really big rip-off. All i want is my money back
