I put in to receive a free sample of diet patches and paid for the shipping and handling. A few days later, I was charged $159 twice to my debit card. I contacted them 15 different times, and each time they told me I would recieve my refund in 3-5 business days. It has now been 10 days and I still haven't recieved my money.
When I did call in, the reps treated me as though I was an idiot. They said that I need to learn how to read. Supposedly there is something on the website that says you will be charged $159 for a supply of diet patches, but I always read fine print, and nothing was there. I even went back through to see where this might be, and I still couldn't find anything.
I am wondering how they can say it is a free sample, and then rack on charges a few days later. Somethings not right.
