On 2/26/05 I ordered Epil Bronze items from this company (order #: 79*). Customer #: 380739*. Since this time I have made several attempts to E-mail their customer support to get the status of my order. Each time the E-mail was returned to me with a failure notification (cannot deliver to that address). Several phone calls made. Just get recording to call back during normal business hours, which I have with same message. I want to cancel this order. I have not yet received my statment to find out whether or not I have been billed for these items. Please advise.
