IGIA Never sent product and provided a 3rd party my credit card number AS SEEN ON TV Ripoff

I ordered a product from Igia which was to include a free 30 day trial membership to galleria USA when my product arrived.

My product never arrived. 30 days after I ordered it, AP9 Galleria USA began billing my card $14.95 (for 10 months this occured each month). My complete Igia order which was paid for on January 9 was canceled approximately 4 months later when the product I ordered did not arrive. Calls to Igia turned up the product (including the free 30 day trial membership) were never sent because Igia was not in possession of the items they sold to me, biled me for, where paid for and never shipped.

Igia provided AP9 Galleria USA my credit Card Number. Upon discoving these Charges and calling Galleria USA I was advised that I would only recieve a refund of $29.90 (after a long arguement to get that amount back) and that they were 'Sorry, they had no good news for me' I have filed a rip off report about AP9 Galleria USA here and with the BetterBB and Police reports are also to be filed against Galleria USA and Igia upon finishing this report.

Apparently Galleria has left the responsibility of providing their material to IGia for distribution and it is IGIA's fault that they did not provide me terms and conditions of the free trail membership and did not provide me a method of cancelation of the free 30 day membership that Igis still 11 months later has not sent to me.
