I made an automated telephone order for the new igia vacuum, on Oct. 21. I used my checking account for the transaction. I wanted the tv offer, buy one and get a second one plus the steamer for $117.00. I got my statement and it said $313.70 for igia. I have tried calling and e-mailing dozens of times. I have had two computer generated e-mails saying that someone would personally contact me within 24 hours. For over 6 weeks when I check on the order status it says it will be shipped in 5 to 7 business days. To date I have no refund or vacuum. I just found this site and have read other replies, I cannot believe Igia is getting away with this! They are still on the web and tv and still taking orders. Someone please help all of us.
