Recently I have been brought aware of a scandal involving a bogus phone voice mail service (ESBI aka: VOICE VOX) that is out of Boulder City Nevada. This service is nothing at all what it wants you to believe of it, it appears on your phone bill and when you ask questions or call numbers to find out what and where it came from, you are given another fake number to call. A friend of mine has become a VICTIM of this fraudulent behavior from Boulder.
He did not order any service but he is told by his phone company that he is to pay it or his service will be shut-off. I guess it would not be so bad if this were a legal service that actually was listed as a company but it isnt, there is not even a web address for this.
The phone number that is given to you in case of questions is 1-888-458-3724. After you call it a man will tell you that you cannot ask any questions, that is a different number, but when you ask him for that number, he tells you he does not know it! More people need to call this service and keep calling, file reports, call your attorney general, and make sure you watch your phone bill.
