Last summer, in July I placed an order with Direct Energy to become my new electric service-provider after viewing Direct Energy's advertisement on TV. Direct ENergy was promoting their services and offered a $100.00 gift card to Lowes as an incentive to switch over.
I was informed at the time I placed my order over the telephone, my card card would be issued after 90 days of service. I began inquirying about non-receipt of gift card in early January. I spoke with Angela and was promised my card would be in the mail within 2 days. On Febuary 7.2005 I spoke with Andrew which informed me that Angela was a manager and that he had no knowledge of any one above her. I left a message on her voicemail but NEVER received a call back. ON 2-20-05 I emailed a complaint and again never received a response. ON 3-1-05 I left a message on Angela's voicemail and NO RESPONSE.
