I ordered Bracelets on 29 February - a fairly large order - from Singapore. I had ordered them well ahead of time to so they would be delivered latest by mid March when I am returning to Singapore. JMD Toys have happily charged the credit card, but have NOT yet acknowledged the order or sent the bracelets as of 13 March. I sent them several emails, but they have not yet bothered to reply. When I call the phone number on their website, I am directed to a voicebox which is FULL. When I got a live person under the pretence of trying to place a new order, he was not willing to talk about my order, was only interested in taking a new order.
I think this compnay is a rip off, with very poor customer service and needs reporting the the NY Office of Fair Trading for taking money and then not delivering on time
