CREDIT CARD FRAUD —CHARGING FOR ITEMS NOT SENT— I ordered three Breast Cancer Awareness rubber bracelets (similar to Livestrong bracelets) from this company. They only sent one but charged me for all three. There is no explanation on the invoice as to why only one was sent.
When you call them, you get a recording telling you to email them if you have a problem with an order.in other words, they dont want to talk to you directly. This order was actually placed thru Yahoo.com, so I thought it would be reputable, but Yahoo.com is only a clearinghouse for these merchants to use to sell their products. Yahoo does not help with disputes, but tells you to contact the merchant.
I have filed a dispute with my credit card, who says this is credit card fraud. I will post further if I get it resolved.
