Thank you rip off reports. If not for you I also would have been scamed. My daughter recieved a letter from her poem from them. And I was kinda leary and looked into it and behold here it is in black and white. A rip off scam. She will be crushed to find this out as she is 12 years old and was all geeked up that her poem had made it.
It's a shame that we have to put up with bogus companies like this. Sshe was prepared to do extra chores and what ever it took to raise the money to send in.
I became leary when I seen the email address to this so called place was a yahoo.com address. Sseems to me a liget company would have a personal web site email address.
So I began my investigation and found all the post here at your site. They use a isbn # that is not even assinged to them but someone else. This in its self is a crime and should be presued and to charge someone for a book that there poem is in is unheard of. The name at the bottom of the letter is teresa g. Starks senior editor. I hope some one looks up ther little operation and they all get there just rewards.
