I ordered a Bouquet of flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. I received a voice message from the company telling me that they were out of stock and that the order was cancelled.
I called, with the assistance of my co-workers, different florists in the area; however it was impossible to get flowers ordered and delivered on Valentine's Day.
If FTD knew that they were out of stock and could not get ahold of me, then some type of arrangement could have been made. Eg. Deliver a similar order at a discounted price.
Leaving a voice message stating that the order was out of stock and that my credit card would not be charged, just doesn't work.
