My husband bought an amp there 03/05 and when we got it home opened the box found the device was used and that wireing was missing my husband tried to take it back the next day 03/06 and was told they do not take back returns and that this was sold with no wireing and was forced to purchase the extra wireing for add'l 30.00 as so he could use the euip. Missing parts that are requried to use the product should be told a the point of sale that add'l equip and or purchase would be required to use the product they are selling
