I recently bought a 2008 Lexus ES350 from them. They told me that the car was still under warranty for another 5 months. We got it home and tried to pair our phones with the stereo bluetooth and could not make it work. We brought our car into Lexus of Palm Beach and was told the stereo needs to be replaced and the warranty was already expired. Over $2000.00 to replace the stereo. Based on what I am reading, I am not even going to contact them and get myself upset. I will not EVER use them again, and I will tell anyone I know to stay FAR away from them. Also when I bought the car, the salesman made me sit down right there and write a review before he even gave me the keys so all the reviews you see on their website is before anyone ever left the lot with their car, so do not believe a single thing.
